Monoroof supports Horwich RMI AFC

Earlier this year, we were proud to sponsor Horwich RMI’s end of season presentation to honour the memory of our colleague, Ryan, who was a volunteer coach with the youth section, celebrating not only his love for the game but also his lasting legacy in the community.

Today, on World Mental Health Day, we take time to reflect on the importance of mental wellbeing and remember the friends and colleagues we’ve lost. Their memory is never far from our thoughts, and today especially, we honour their lives and the impact they had on us all.

We all know that mental health is not a one-day conversation. Through our membership of Mates in Mind we aim to equip our team with practical tools to help manage stress and recognise early signs of mental health struggles. We want to create a culture at Monoroof where it’s OK to talk, to ask for help, and to be there for each other—today and every day.
