In an era where career longevity is increasingly rare, Michael has recently celebrated the extraordinary milestone of 30 years exemplary service with Monoroof.
Michael first joined us three decades ago as a trainee and is now our Managing Director, responsible for our overall performance.
Throughout his career Michael has helped us to navigate through both triumphs and challenges, demonstrating foresight and agility in the face of adversity. His experience and understanding of industry trends has enabled us to weather the storms, and pandemics, and emerge stronger and more resilient than before.

His mentorship and guidance has nurtured talent, developed future leaders and instilled a sense of purpose and pride in our workforce.
