Jude visits Sika HQ

Jude joined Monoroof in 2023 as our Trainee Estimator.

Jude supports the estimating process by making sure our estimates are high quality and accurate, helping to increase our success ratio and ensuring projects are delivered within estimated costs.

Jude recently visited Sika HQ in Welwyn Garden City and attended a two day introduction course to single ply membranes.

We’d like to thank the team at Sika HQ for inviting Jude to visit and sharing their knowledge and experience with us.

We asked Jude a few questions about his visit to Sika HQ, his role at Monoroof and life outside work.

What did you learn on your visit to Sika HQ?

The course gave me a better insight into how Sika is run as a business and the direction they are moving in. It helped solidify my product knowledge and gave me a better understanding of new innovations.

What is the best thing about your role?

The best thing about my role is the variety that comes with it.

What do you like to do when you’re not at work?

I enjoy going out for food and nights out with friends.

Do you have a favourite place and what do you love most about it?

My favourite place is Croatia because of the weather and the views.

Do you play any sports?

Yes, I play football 3 times a week.

Which football team do you support, if any?

Manchester United.

What music do you listen to and who is your favourite band or artist?

I listen to house music and my favourite artist is East End Dubs.
