Monoroof celebrates a new generation

For almost 40 years, Monoroof has been more than just a business; it’s a family owned and managed business spanning three generations of the Baker family.

We’re overjoyed to share the wonderful news of a new addition to the family. In June we welcomed the birth of Riley Baker Rouse, a beautiful and healthy baby boy. Riley, and his older sister Rhea, will be the fourth generation of the Baker family at Monoroof and the fifth generation in the roofing industry.

As we celebrate this special moment we’re reminded of the importance of family in everything we do. Riley and Rhea bring a renewed sense of purpose and inspiration to our lives and our business. We’re committed to fostering a nurturing environment that values integrity, innovation, and excellence, ensuring that our business remains a thriving family enterprise for generations to come.

With the arrival of the newest member of our family, we’re also reminded of the commitment from our extended family, including our dedicated team, valued customers and loyal suppliers.
