Monoroof helps to deliver a new extra care facility in Leeds

Working as a sub-contractor to Triton Construction, we’ve helped to create a new extra care facility in Beeston, Leeds for Preferred Homes.

The extra care facility includes 63 extra care apartments for affordable rent and a community cafe on Hunslett Hall Road in Leeds. The development is made up of one and two bedroom apartments and is designed as a retirement solution for residents who can live independently but need some elements of personal care.

This is a major investment for the Beeston area and includes generous community space to support residents’ social activities whilst providing opportunities for residents, their guests and visitors to meet.
